How Much Information Can I Communicate in 30 Seconds?
We can fit 75 words into a 30 second script, so we can usually include the following sections: Problem Definition, Solution, Call To Action. As always you don’t need to worry, if what you’d like to communicate needs a longer script, we can extend your video during production. Depending the extent of the extension, this may come at on added cost but we will contact you before any changes are made.
What does the development process consist of?
Once you’ve placed your order and completed our questionnaire; we’ll move through the process of script development, professional narration, storyboard and animation creation in an average period of 2 or 8 weeks depending on the package. We’ll also assign a project manager to your video who will guide you through the process in a ‘done-for-you’ manner. This will be the case for whichever package style you select, whiteboard/explainer or premium.
How Do I Get Started?
When you have decided the style and length you’d like, click ‘Add To Cart’ of your selection. You are then redirected to our payment processing page to use Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. After your purchase has been made, you will be asked to download our production guiding questionnaire that you will need to fill out and email to sales@limitlessanimation.
What If I Don't Like The Video?
We will send you your first video to review. After this delivery, you are able to submit 2 rounds of changes to your creation free of charge. After this, if you are still unsatisfied, you can request a refund.
Are You Able To Produce Us A Longer Video?
Orders can be made in multiples of 30 second lengths, which are combined to produce 1 video. Its best if you want several videos made to just buy once (you will receive the best price) and mention in the questionnaire how you would like to use the time you purchased. i.e. one longer video animation or a combination of shorter ones.
